1. Who is responsible for your data?
Free Flow Mastery / Flow Fusion Academy, operated by Jérôme Meyer in The Hague, the Netherlands, is the controller for the personal information described in this policy (“Flow Fusion”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This policy applies when you visit freeflowmastery.com, contact us, subscribe to our communications, purchase or use Flow Fusion Fit, or otherwise interact with our services.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@freeflowmastery.com.

| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, timestamps and cookie or similar identifiers. |
We collect this information directly from you, automatically when you use the website, and from service providers such as Teachable and payment processors when they support your purchase or course access.
3. Why we use your information
We process personal information only when we have a valid legal basis. Depending on the situation, we use it to:
- provide the website, course, student account and customer support (performance of a contract);
- process orders, administer payment plans and keep legally required transaction records (contract and legal obligations);
- send service messages about your purchase, account or important policy changes (contract and legitimate interests);
- send marketing messages when you have consented, or where otherwise permitted by law; you can unsubscribe at any time;
- understand and improve the website, course and customer experience (legitimate interests and, where required, consent);
- protect our systems, prevent fraud and enforce our terms (legitimate interests and legal obligations); and
- comply with tax, accounting, court or regulatory requirements (legal obligations).
5. International transfers
Some providers may process personal information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security, navigation and course access. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should be used only with any consent required by law. You can manage cookies through the consent controls shown on the website, when available, and through your browser settings.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Account and course records are generally retained while your account or access remains active. Order and accounting records may be retained for the period required by Dutch tax and bookkeeping law. Support and marketing data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, or when you validly object or withdraw consent.
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- access and receive a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format; and
- complain to a data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, email support@freeflowmastery.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. In the Netherlands, you may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
9. Children
Our paid services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 16 without valid parental or guardian authorisation. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to services we do not control. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read those policies before providing personal information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date above shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice when a change materially affects how we use personal information.
