1. About these terms
These Terms of Use apply to freeflowmastery.com, Flow Fusion Academy, Flow Fusion Fit and related digital materials and services offered by Free Flow Mastery, operated by Jérôme Meyer in The Hague, the Netherlands (collectively, “Flow Fusion”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing the website, creating a student account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Eligibility, accounts and course access
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use the course.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Course access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written permission.
Course delivery, student accounts and secure checkout are currently provided through Teachable. Teachable may apply its own platform terms and privacy policy in addition to these terms.
3. Prices, payment and cancellation
Prices and any payment-plan details are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Teachable and its payment providers. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and to pay the amounts shown before confirming your order.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the offer displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
To ask about a cancellation or refund, email us promptly at support@freeflowmastery.com and include the email address used for the purchase.
4. Health and safety
Flow Fusion Fit provides educational movement, dance, breath and wellbeing content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for you. Consult a qualified health professional before beginning if you are pregnant, have an injury or medical condition, take medication that affects exercise, or have any concern about your ability to participate safely. Work within your limits, use a safe space and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath or other concerning symptoms.
Results vary between individuals. We do not promise a particular physical, emotional, financial or other outcome.
5. Intellectual property and personal licence
All videos, audio, text, graphics, exercises, course names, methods and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Flow Fusion and are protected by intellectual-property law.
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own non-commercial learning. You may not:
- copy, record, reproduce, publish or publicly display course materials;
- share login credentials or distribute downloads to another person;
- resell, sublicense or use the materials to teach or create a competing product;
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices; or
- attempt to bypass access controls or reverse-engineer the platform.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or course unlawfully, interfere with its security or operation, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, harass other participants, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible, we will first give notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and course available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical problems or third-party platform changes may cause temporary interruptions. We may improve, update or replace course materials while preserving the essential nature of the product purchased.
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services and materials are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse of the materials, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor does it remove mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the competent court, subject to any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, we will give reasonable notice.
